Tuko Merkado is doing quality checking of the products before they leave the store to make sure you, the client, will get the fresh and quality products
Should the product you have purchased from Tuko Merkado be faulty, damaged, expired, inedible or defective, kindly send us pics/videos of the products thru firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon proper assessment, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product. This also will greatly help us for updating our suppliers and improvement of our products.
Tuko Merkado reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase. The staff member handling your request will advise if you need to return the item back to the store. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item back to the store, will be borne by you.
